The simple version
Pocketa does not charge homeowners to create a project, generate a checklist or track purchases. The platform may earn money when participating suppliers receive sales, referrals or qualified enquiries through Pocketa.

There is no charge to create a project, shape a checklist or keep records in one place. That keeps the barrier low while you decide what you need next.
Supplier supported, fairly
Participating suppliers and partner routes help fund the platform when they receive sales or qualified enquiries. Curated supplier terms vary by category, Pocketa does not use one flat fee on every product line or default to high marketplace-style rates.
User choice protected
You can compare prices, buy elsewhere and still add outside purchases so your project record stays useful and honest to how you actually buy.
How Pocketa may earn
Different supplier relationships may work in different ways. The important point is that commercial relationships should be clear, and the user should still be free to choose what works for their project.
Commission on purchases
When you use an approved partner or affiliate link, or connect with a participating supplier in a way the partner values, Pocketa may earn a modest commission or fee. Amounts and terms vary by route and partner; many catalogue-style links involve modest rates. Quote-led or curated supplier routes may work differently. Pocketa does not offer checkout and does not rank options by commission.
Referral or enquiry fees
Some relationships may pay a fee when you request a quote, book a visit or connect with a supplier in a way that partner values. Details should be clear at the point you act.
Participating supplier relationships
Not every supplier works with Pocketa in the same way. Some may appear because of a commercial relationship, others because they are relevant to your checklist.

Suppliers can apply through the full multi-section application at For suppliers or work with Pocketa through agreed commercial routes after review. There is no self-service portal today. Homeowners should still see plain language about what is free and what may involve partner fees.
Fair to homeowners and suppliers
Pocketa is free for homeowners. Fees on some routes are modest and vary by partner and category. Curated supplier terms are agreed in writing; options are not ranked by commission. You can always compare and buy elsewhere.
Pocketa reviews a limited number of curated suppliers. Where commission applies, rates vary by kitchen product category, not one flat percentage on every line, and we do not default to high marketplace-style fees. We aim to be fair to suppliers and clear for homeowners.
Realistic expectations
Kitchen renovations involve trade-offs between budget, timing and finish level. Pocketa helps you organise choices and records; it does not promise a perfect outcome at every price point or replace each supplier's responsibility for their listing, price and delivery.
Safe, clear, open to feedback
We want you to feel safe and helped when using Pocketa in good faith. Constructive feedback about confusing copy, broken flows or misleading impressions is welcome through Contact and Feedback. Pocketa is an organiser and sourcing aid, not a fitter, retailer or guarantee of the cheapest perfect kitchen.
Buying elsewhere is part of the model
Renovation buying is often spread across retailers, showrooms, suppliers and conversations with trades. Pocketa is designed to remain useful even when a purchase happens outside the platform. You can add outside products, links, prices, delivery dates, notes and receipts to your project record.
