Homeowner trust

How suppliers and product routes appear on Pocketa

A plain-language guide for homeowners: what curated supplier means, which route types you may see, what Pocketa reviews before publication and what remains for you to confirm with the seller.

Free for UK homeowners. No credit card required.

In short

Reviewed visibility, not automatic listing

Homeowners may see curated catalogue products and supplier pages where Pocketa has published them. Listings are managed internally. Suitable suppliers should use the full application at For suppliers; review and onboarding stay manual and do not guarantee approval.

Pocketa is free for homeowners. We may earn a modest commission or fee on some partner or affiliate routes; terms vary by partner. You can always compare prices and buy elsewhere.

What “curated” means here

Types of suppliers and routes you may meet

Catalogue coverage is still growing. Seeing one supplier does not mean every UK kitchen business has been reviewed or approved.

  • Curated catalogue suppliers

Businesses whose published products or supplier pages may appear after review, with continue-on-website or related routes where configured.

  • Quote-led and consultation partners

Teams where pricing or advice follows a request, review, measurement or appointment before a meaningful figure is shared.

  • Partner and affiliate routes

Approved partner links where Pocketa may receive a modest commission if you purchase. Terms vary by partner.

  • National retailer category links

Where a founder-led partnership exists, homeowners may see category landing links. Those programmes are separate from the curated supplier application.

Supplier participation is curated and capacity-limited. Where commission applies, rates may vary by kitchen product category rather than using one flat percentage on every line. Any agreed terms should be fair to suppliers and clear for homeowners.

Not every project will show every route. Coverage grows as curated suppliers and partner programmes are reviewed and published.

Published catalogue products

Where Pocketa has published catalogue content, you can browse categories, open product pages and save options to a project. Snapshot prices are for comparison and organisation. Confirm current price, stock and delivery on the supplier site before you buy.

Boundaries

Before something is published

What homeowners should take from review

Pocketa reviews supplier information for fit, route clarity and commercial honesty before anything goes live. That is not the same as endorsing a product or verifying workmanship on your site.

Supplier comparison table for mixed sourcing
  1. Point

    Manual review before publication

Supplier profiles, catalogue products, quote routes and sample routes are not shown automatically from an application. Review, agreed commercial terms, a final supplier agreement and internal setup come first.

  2. Point

    Not a workmanship endorsement

Appearing on Pocketa does not mean Pocketa has inspected installation quality, certified trades or guaranteed outcomes for your property.

  3. Point

    Not ranked by commission

A higher commercial rate does not buy a supplier the top position. You control comparisons, saved options and shortlists.

  4. Point

    Supplier-controlled commercial detail

The supplier remains responsible for its prices, product descriptions, stock, lead times, delivery, returns and warranties unless a specific document says otherwise.

Scale bar with millimetre tick marksConfirm
  1. Pocketa organises the trail

Saved options, quote requests and bought-elsewhere notes can sit beside your checklist.

  2. The supplier owns the offer

Price, description, stock and delivery remain with the business named on the documents.

  3. You confirm before committing

Treat published listings as snapshots and route labels as orientation, not a site survey.

Confirm yourself

Before you treat a listing as current

  • Current price, VAT treatment and what is included

  • Stock, made-to-measure lead times and delivery dates

  • Fit, dimensions, services and installation responsibility

  • Returns, aftercare and warranty routes on the seller's documents

  • Whether a quote request has become an accepted quote or order
