Pocketa is a calm workspace for kitchen renovations. If you supply relevant products or services, use the application below so we can review fit and prepare onboarding if accepted. There is no supplier portal and no automatic approval.

Submit the full supplier application when you are ready for review. It captures your business type, lane, commercial models and optional journey proposals (mixed routes, appointment-first, samples and regional coverage). The more complete your application, the faster we can assess fit for the catalogue. There is no supplier self-service portal and no automatic approval or listing.

National retailers do not use the curated supplier application above. Pocketa often approaches major retailers directly, but if you found us first and run an established affiliate programme, use the partnership enquiry on this page. Homeowners may see curated catalogue products and supplier pages where Pocketa has published them. Listings are managed internally. Suitable suppliers should use the full application at For suppliers; review and onboarding stay manual and do not guarantee approval.

Before you apply

  • Submitting an application does not mean your business has been accepted.
  • No supplier profile, product, quote route or sample route is shown to homeowners until Pocketa has reviewed your information, agreed commercial terms, a final supplier agreement is in place, and internal setup is complete.
  • National retailer category-link programmes are not created through the supplier application. Use the partnership enquiry on this page if you run an established affiliate programme, or Pocketa may approach you directly.
  • Optional proposal sections help us understand mixed journeys, samples, coverage and consultation-first work. They are review-only and do not auto-publish.
  • Pocketa is an organiser and sourcing support tool. It is not checkout, fulfilment, or a guarantee of stock, price, or professional advice.
  • If we ask for product information after review, send price lists or exports in whatever format you already use, or use a secure upload link when Pocketa sends one. Pocketa maps data internally; you are not required to complete a technical import template.
  • Pocketa reviews a limited number of curated suppliers. Where commission applies, rates vary by kitchen product category, not one flat percentage on every line, and we do not default to high marketplace-style fees. We aim to be fair to suppliers and clear for homeowners.

Pocketa is not built to squeeze margin with a single high platform fee or to push inflated list prices. We structure commission by product category where it applies, keep national retailer programmes separate, and stay transparent in the workspace.

If we ask for product information after review, send price lists or exports in whatever format you already use, or use a secure upload link when Pocketa sends one. Pocketa maps data internally; you are not required to complete a technical import template.

Supplier routes

Homeowners with accounts may browse sourcing by category where Pocketa has published catalogue content. The routes below describe how participation may work after review; there is no supplier self-service portal.

  • Lane B curated catalogue with supplier-managed checkout on your website where agreed
  • Supplier-confirmed quote when feed pricing is provisional and you confirm before the homeowner proceeds
  • Supplier-priced quote when pricing is entered after reviewing the request, including bespoke measurements or plans where needed
  • Appointment-first consultation journeys before a quote is shared
  • Optional pre-purchase sample requests where configured
  • Referral-style introductions when a homeowner asks to connect

When Pocketa partners with a large national retailer, homeowners may see category landing links (Scenario 0) after founder setup. Those programmes are pursued directly with each retailer and are not created from supplier applications.

How the full application works

The full application walks through business identity, supplier type and lane, product fit, commercial model, optional journey proposals, regional coverage, catalogue or quote details where relevant, fulfilment policies and acknowledgements. Optional sections appear when your answers match mixed routes, quote-led work, samples or appointment-first journeys. Nothing is published automatically from the form.

  • Mixed buying routes

    If different ranges follow different journeys, propose up to twelve category rows with routes such as buy on your website, confirm a shown price, price after review, made to measure, or appointment before quoting.

  • Appointment-first

    For consultation-led businesses, describe how homeowners should reach you, visit types offered and whether measurements or plans may be needed before a meaningful quote.

  • Samples

    Optional pre-purchase samples where you offer them, including whether Pocketa should manage the request or hand off to your own sample process.

  • Regional coverage

    Where you operate: UK-wide, selected nations or regions, or postcode include and exclude rules. Reviewed before anything goes live.
