Supplier application terms

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the supplier interest form, the supplier application form, and related follow-up such as secure product-data upload links Pocketa may send after review. They apply in addition to our Terms of use and Privacy policy.

2. Application stage only

Submitting an application or registering interest does not mean your business has been accepted, listed, ranked, or activated on Pocketa. Pocketa reviews a limited number of partners and may reject, pause, or request more information at any time before onboarding.

A separate written supplier agreement is required before any commercial activation, catalogue publishing, quote routing, or homeowner visibility. These application terms are not that contract.

3. Who may apply

You confirm that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business named in the form and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You should not include bank details, card numbers, signed contracts, or confidential pricing files in the application itself unless Pocketa explicitly asks for them through an agreed channel.

4. What Pocketa is and is not

Pocketa is a UK kitchen renovation organiser and sourcing-support tool for homeowners. It is not checkout, fulfilment, a marketplace guarantee, stock or price guarantee, professional renovation advice, or a promise of leads, traffic, sales, or ranking.

Suppliers remain responsible for their own product information, pricing, compliance, delivery, returns, warranties, and customer service unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

5. Commercial basis (summary)

By applying, you acknowledge that curated supplier commercial terms vary by kitchen product category where commission or referral fees apply, not one flat percentage on every line, and that Pocketa does not default to high marketplace-style fees on all products. 6. Product information and uploads

If Pocketa asks for catalogue or quote information after review, you may reply by email or use a secure upload link when provided. You confirm you have rights to supply product data and images you provide. Uploading a file does not mean your application is approved or that content will be published.

7. Data and contact

Pocketa may store and use your application to assess fit, respond to you, manage onboarding where relevant, prevent abuse, and keep an audit record. 8. Changes

We may update these application terms as the supplier intake process evolves. The last updated date at the top of this page should move when we make material changes. New applications should use the version shown when you submit.
