Formal service notes

The platform remains responsible for its own legal duties and for providing its service with the care applicable law requires. The Terms of use set out the formal service rules. Estimator results use versioned Pocketa planning bands and remain planning orientation rather than binding local quotations.
External parties remain responsible for their work
A supplier, installer, designer or regulated trade remains responsible for its representations, contract, advice and work. Recording their information in Pocketa does not transfer that responsibility to the workspace. The checklist does not certify a universal trade order. Following an eligible retailer link can create a server-side attribution record; the purchase contract remains with the third party unless Pocketa expressly states otherwise in writing.
